Meet The Team

Ed Kirby

The most qualified physio in the area with a vast breadth of experience including a Bsc and an Msc in advanced physiotherapy, a postgraduate diploma in injection therapy and one of the region’s only prescribing physiotherapists. This is combined with almost twenty years experience in all ranges of physiotherapy from professional football to clinical leadership within the NHS. When not in clinic, Ed is an active member of Bishop’s Stortford Squash Club, he enjoys a social round of golf and is also a football manager for Bishop’s Stortford Community Football Club. His most favourite hobby is spending time with his two sons.

Louisa Kirby

Louisa is a highly experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapist. She has completed Msc modules in injection therapy and advanced clinical assessment and works as an advanced practice physio within the NHS. She is trained in clinical Pilates and acupuncture which she uses regularly in her treatment sessions. She is very experienced in joint and soft tissue pain and treating chronic and complex pain.
When not in clinic, Louisa enjoys running and yoga and is tentatively learning golf. Her favourite hobby is spending time with her friends and family.

Lynsey Van Praag

Lynsey is a highly qualified and experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapist. She has attended many specialist courses over her career and has a special interest in treating sports injuries and tendon problems to help get patients back to their hobbies and activities quickly.

Lynsey is trained in clinical acupuncture and pilates which she will often use in clinic alongside joint and soft tissue mobilisations and progressive exercise therapy.

Lynsey also works part time within the NHS which ensures her knowledge and practice stays up to date and evidence based.

When she is out of clinic she loves enjoying the great outdoors, keeping fit with bootcamps and HIIT classes and being with her family.
